All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta): 2–4 business days

• Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. Fashion Crave is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange.
